These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you*) and Fresno County Superintendent of Schools (FCSS), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.countplayexplore.org website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms of Use also apply to all materials, online communications and other content and information that is or becomes available via the Site.

FCSS has no obligation to detect the presence of any Rogue Programming. Any downloading of software or other materials or any other use of the Site is at your risk, and you are advised to take adequate precautions to minimize any loss to your system caused by Rogue Programming, including use of anti-virus programs and proper backup of files.
The Site may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”) as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third-Party Content”).
